THE METHOD
No experience needed. Start at your level. Choose between boxing or full-body fitness classes. Boxing focuses on footwork, technique, and head movement. Fitness builds strength, conditioning, and endurance utilizing free weights, bands, and other equipment. All workouts are progressive, so beginners can start comfortably while still being challenged as they improve. We can modify exercises based on injuries or limitations. Boxing classes are non-contact, with optional sparring available separately for intermediate levels. Fitness classes include weights, bands, and other strength training equipment.
